London Run Tours isn’t a training ground for elite runners but an opportunity to stretch your legs and see some of London’s most famous sites before the crowds descend, an experience for visitors and tourists alike.

Our main route, starting on weekend mornings from Spring 2016, takes in some of London’s most famous landmarks and follows a flat 8km course.

The map below shows the route, the early run (7am) going from Tower Hill Station and arriving at Hyde Park Corner, with the second run following this route in reverse just afterwards (8.15am). The tours are in English, but I speak Spanish and French, and can converse in Portuguese!

All runs are free of charge, but feel free to make any donations at the end of the run to help with website maintenance etc.

Important Information

Make sure you send an email to sign up and check that you have received a confirmation response.

I will be wearing a yellow London Run Tours bib, so you know who to look for!

I will have a bag with me to carry small valuables, but you are advised to bring a bag or carry a jacket and water.

There will not be the opportunity to stop for the toilet along the way and continue with the group, so please ensure that you go to the toilet prior to departure!

There will be an opportunity to stop briefly at London Bridge, Big Ben and Buckingham Palace, but please have your cameras/phone to hand to avoid delay.

If you're looking for a longer run, please speak with me before the tour and I can recommend somewhere to carry on after you finish the tour.
